My life was perfect once…
Now I no longer recognize myself.
Alex is gone.
But that was only the beginning...
My mother was hiding a dark past that came back to haunt us both.
Then there’s Jackson. A man who seems to be everything but the cop he claims to be. When I look into his dark eyes, all logic screams danger. I know I should run, but my body has other plans. He’s made me a slave to my desires, but can I trust him?

My Thoughts:
So I took my time with this one, this weekend and I really enjoyed it, I thought the author did a great job, I absolutely love her 'Dedication to:' In fact I would probably buy this book just for the dedication alone. The world building was beautifully written it was detailed just enuogh to let your imagination take over, the characters could use just a tad of work. Overall a this was a great read one that I personally did enjoy! Can't wait for the next one.
