Petite Confessions: A Humorous Memoirette By Vicki Lesage

Summary By Goodreads:
From champagne bottles to baby bottles, this memoirette offers a humorous look at an American mom's decade in Paris.

Party Girl Vicki moved to Paris hoping to drink her fill of wine and fall in love. She accomplished her goal, but encountered many bumps along the way: romantic encounters gone awry, absurd French bureaucracy threatening her sanity, and two adorable but impossibly energetic kids keeping her on her toes. This memoirette takes you on a journey of the ups and downs of Vicki's 10 years in the City of Light.

You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll want to open another bottle of wine.

My Thoughts:
This was definitely different. I have never been a fan of memoirs as i have always believed that reading (especially as a pass time when not trying to learn something) should not be real. It was refreshing in its own way it has some pretty good recipes for drinks and cocktails, The author was definitely aiming for more of a flash back feel, The stories are... Ok and even though i like things to be left to the imagination there still wasn't enough there to imagine anything. So i guess my overall unless you enjoy getting drunk until you pass out on the bathroom floor, or really like memoirs. This is a just ok meh kind of book i8n my opinion.
